Florida Memorial University’s Andreana Graham Wins Long Jump at Sun Conference Outdoor Championship

Florida Memorial Sophomore jumper Adreana Graham wins the Women’s long jump competition at the 2023 Outdoor Sun Conference Championships.

The 2023 Outdoor Sun Conference Championships are held from April 22nd to April 23rd at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida. The meet featured schools such as Ave Maria, College of Coastal Georgia, Florida Memorial, Keiser, St. Thomas, Savannah College of Art and Design, Southeastern University, Thomas University, Warner, and Webber International University, respectively. The Men’s and Women's track and field teams from each school compete in various events throughout the meet such as the long jump, high jump, shotput, and other affairs.

Graham, who earned a 5.62m leap to take home first place, also won first place honors at the 2022 Sun Conference Outdoor Championships by garnering a leap of 5.37m as a freshman, respectively.

The record for the women’s Long Jump in the Sun Conference is currently held by Halle Green-Anderson from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Green-Anderson earned a leap of 6.05m which she set in 2015, respectively.
